- Numbers and caller IDChoose where each of your numbers rings, set the number people see when you call, set business hours, and dial like a local phone.
Answering and routing
- Your main lineSet up what callers hear on your main number: a greeting, a dial-by-extension menu, the AI receptionist in front, and hold music.
- AI receptionistWhat the AI receptionist does, how it transfers callers and takes messages, how to choose its voice, and what it knows about your business.
- Ring groups, menus and queuesRing a team together or in turn, let callers choose with a menu (IVR), and hold callers in a queue until the next person is free.
Your team
- People and extensionsAdd and remove people, choose their role and extension, and decide how each person’s calls ring, forward and reach voicemail.
- Status and availabilityNewShow whether you can take calls: Available, Busy, Away or Not available. When you are busy, the AI receptionist can take a message for you.
